Ushers Needed!!

You're welcome to sign up for all events posted on the usher website. However, the following events are where we are definitely short-staffed at present. If interested, please log-in and sign up!

June 9 (2:30 pm usher call) - San Diego Youth Symphony Showcase Concert: 40 ushers needed

June 10 (2:30 pm usher call) - San Diego Youth Symphony Ovation Concert: 40 ushers needed

June 17 (1:30 pm usher call) - San Diego Civic Youth Orchestra Concert: 30 ushers needed

Summer Pops Usher Orientations

The 2012 Summer Pops Usher Orientations are scheduled for Saturday, June 16 and Sunday, June 17 from 10 am until noon at the Pops site (Embarcadero Marina Park South). Please feel free to park in the parking lot adjacent to the Pops site. We will do our best to make arrangements with the Port District those mornings to not enforce the metered paid parking that normally exists.

If you are a prospective new usher at the Pops site or have ushered only last year at the Pops site, please sign-up on the usher website to attend one of these orientations.

Please bring sunscreen, a cap, and a pen to take notes. Please enter through the large gate that is nearest the pier where you will be given an usher handbook and directed to the grandstand seating area for the orientation.
